IT"S OFFICIAL!!!!!
We had our first doctor's appointment this morning! Adam took the morning off and was able to be there! The pregnancy test was positive and I am 6 weeks and 6 days along with a due date of May 26, 2008! Happy doesn't even come close to covering what we were at that very moment. We got a great bundle of information to read and we are good to go...at least till the next appointment on November 10th!

CHOO CHOO
All Aboard for the Kansas City Mystery Train! Adam and I got to celebrate the last and final event for our 2nd anniversary. We enjoyed a nice meal at Herford House and a very fun "Who Done It?" show! It was like a giant game of clue, but you get to ask the suspects questions and figure out it out! We had a great time. www.kcmysterytrain.com

LAST DAY
September 30th was also my last day at work! What a day of emotions going all over the place! Cleaning out my office, which I had put off until the last day, was quite the chore! Who knew I had collected so much stuff? Monday and Tuesday staff gave me and my coworker Mary a great Lunch, and boy was it good! I have meet some truely wonderful people and hope that those friendships will continue on!
HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!
2 years came up on us fast! What an amazing journey it has been and I love him more today then I ever could imagine.
We exchanged our gifts as soon as Adam got home. He gave me a beautiful homemade album of all the places we have visited and things we have done over the past year! I got him some Christian CDs that have been on his "want" list for quite some time! We then enjoyed dinner at Gordon Bierch at the Kansas City Power and Light District. We got to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful evening! We got home and I was well ready for bed by 8:00 pm! What a day.

WE'RE PREGNANT
First thing Monday morning, Adam and I took our at home pregnancy test. The same test I've taken at least 15 times! We waited our three minutes, (actually 9 months and three minutes!!) this time I covered the test up so we could be surprised. When I took off the cover there were TWO LINES!

Our first reactions were more of shock and disbelief! I had to keep assuring Adam that two lines really did mean we were pregnant! I made an appointment with the OB/GYN for Monday morning. Both Adam and I are looking forward to finding out everything is really real!
